Description
Slim Locking Instrument Tray, 22 mm
Flat sets do not need a deep box. This slim locking tray stands just 22 mm high, yet it keeps hand tools in order. Its divided, slotted interior gives each group of tools its own space.
Two widths to pick from
- 185 × 65 × 22 mm: a narrow tray for a short kit
- 185 × 130 × 22 mm: a wider tray for a fuller set
Both share the same length, so they line up neatly on a shelf. Pick the narrow one for a few tools, or the wide one for a mixed kit.
Dividers that keep order
The interior splits into sections. Therefore, you can group tools by task, such as exam tools on one side and scalers on the other. Staff then find the right piece fast.
Slots for clean and dry
Slots in the floor and dividers let fluid pass through. Steam also reaches every surface. Since water drains well, trays come out drier at the end of the cycle.
Where a low profile helps
Low trays fit thin drawers and crowded carts. They also stack without taking much height. For this reason, many offices use the slim locking tray for routine hygiene and check-up kits.
Locking for peace of mind
A lock holds the lid shut. So the tray can move between rooms without spills. When you need more depth, our deeper 34 mm model uses the same idea.
Our build standard and support
This tray is made to our specification and passes inspection in the United States. It leaves us non-sterile. Run it through cleaning and sterilisation before first use, and after that it stays fully reusable. Every 22 mm slim tray carries three years against manufacturing defects, lock and lid as well. The steel meets ASTM F899 for surgical use. For related items, open our hollow ware and impression tray category, and for quick help, read our FAQ answers.
