Description
Locking Instrument Tray, 34 mm
Deep sets need a deep tray, and this 34 mm locking tray gives you the room. Its walls are perforated, its lid swings on a hinge, and a locking system keeps it shut. So instruments stay put from the chair to storage.
Three footprints, one depth
All three sizes share the 34 mm depth. Choose by the length and width of your set:
- 182 × 72 × 34 mm: a slim tray for a few hand tools
- 182 × 144 × 34 mm: a double-width tray for a standard kit
- 288 × 182 × 34 mm: a large tray for long or bulky sets
What the lock adds
The lock holds the lid closed while staff carry the tray. In turn, tools do not shift or spill. It also lets you stack trays with less worry. In practice, that saves time at each hand-off.
Perforations for flow
Holes in the walls let water and steam reach the load. Likewise, they help the tray drain and dry after the cycle. Because the tray stays shut, you can reprocess the set without taking it apart.
Benefits your team will notice
The tray is easy to use, since it opens and locks in one motion. It is also simple to keep clean. Less handling saves time. Finally, fewer knocks mean longer life for fine tips.
Deep or slim?
For flat sets, a shallower tray may suit you better. Our 22 mm slim locking tray has a divided interior. However, if your kit includes bulky handles, the 34 mm locking tray gives more headroom.
Sold with our three-year promise
We make this tray to our specification, and a US inspection follows. It ships non-sterile; clean and sterilise it, then reuse it for many cycles. In plain terms, every deep locking tray carries three years against manufacturing defects, latch included. The steel follows ASTM F899 for surgical instrument grades. Our impression trays and hollow ware page shows more holders, and the Intrace FAQs cover common queries.
For use by dental and clinical professionals. Our care and sterilization notes and shipping and delivery page have more.
