So it slips into embrasures and lifts deposits with a pull stroke. Paired Figures on Two Handle Styles

Three figures carry two working ends each: Fig H5/33, Fig H6/H7 and Fig ½. Also, every pair comes as Style 2, a second handle pattern printed on the following catalogue page. So you can order Fig H5/33 Style 2, Fig H6/H7 Style 2 or Fig ½ Style 2. Titanium is named only on Fig H6/H7, Titanium, a version from our set components.

Picking the Right Scaler

First, match any figure your school or practice already uses. Next, decide whether you want both ends on one handle or a single end per instrument. Left and Right versions suit clinicians who like handed instruments for each side. The catalogue does not describe the Style 2 handle. Therefore, compare the photos when the handle matters to you.

A sickle tip dulls with regular use. So sharpen it lightly and often, keeping the original face angle. Scalers reach you non-sterile; wash and steam them before chairside use. Each of the sixteen versions stays protected for three years against manufacturing defects.
