Description
Oral Surgical Instrument Set, 13 Pieces
Our oral surgical instrument set is a 13-piece group for flap surgery and minor bone work. It covers the incision, flap release, bone shaping, socket clean-up and closure.
Cutting and lifting
First, the #5 straight handle takes your blade, and the KOR 1/2 knife helps with tissue near the teeth. Next, three periosteal elevators, PR3, Allen 9 and 24G, give you a choice of widths for raising the flap.
Shaping bone with the chisel
The 13 K/TG surgical chisel is there for small bone tasks, such as smoothing a ledge. Generally, it works best with light, controlled taps or hand pressure. Then measure your work with the 15 cm ruler.
Clearing the site
Next, two curettes handle clean-up. The Lucas 87 removes soft tissue from a socket, while the double-ended Molt 2/4 also scrapes bone walls. Together, they leave a clean bed.
Holding tissue and closing
- Adson forceps, 12 cm, steady the flap.
- A micro needle holder with carbide jaws grips fine suture.
- Kelly scissors, 16 cm, cut suture and tissue.
- A University of Minnesota retractor keeps cheek and tongue clear.
Same kit, two names
We also list this exact group as the periotome and osteotome kit, aimed at those procedures. However, the pieces are the same. So choose whichever page fits your search, and you get one matched order either way.
Care, warranty and links
All 13 pieces ship non-sterile. Run them through cleaning and a sterilizer cycle, and they return to service many times. Our own specification guides the build, and all 13 oral surgical pieces pass inspection in the United States. The steel conforms to ASTM F899. Plus, the 13 oral surgical pieces carry three years against manufacturing defects, item by item.
