A mini dental cassette keeps a small set of hand instruments together from the chair to the shelf. This one holds five pieces in a hinged steel box. So a quick exam kit or a short hygiene set stays in one place through every step.

A narrow box with five clips

The cassette measures 180 × 70 × 25 mm. That slim footprint suits a tray table or a drawer. Inside, retention clips grip each handle. As a result, tips do not knock into each other in the washer. The lid swings on a side hinge, so it opens flat for loading.

Why the slots help in the wash

Both the lid and the base carry rows of slots. Water and detergent can reach each instrument while the box stays shut. Steam then moves through the same openings in the autoclave. Drying also goes faster when air can flow in and out.

Chair to steriliser in four steps
