Our economy instrument cassette is a plain, low box for five hand instruments. It keeps one small set together, from the tray to the washer and back to the drawer. So you spend less time sorting loose tools after each visit.

Low and wide by design

The box measures 180 × 85 × 19 mm. At 19 mm high, it sits lower than our clip-style mini box. However, it is a little wider. That shape stacks well in shallow drawers and on small trays.

Two sections, many slots

Two slotted halves close over the set. Water, detergent and steam pass through the slots while the case stays shut. In turn, the tools inside dry faster after the cycle. Rinse water also drains out rather than pooling in a corner.

What to put inside

Five places suit a short set. For example, many offices load:

• a mirror, an explorer and a probe for checks
• two scalers or curettes for a quick clean
• a small set of plastic filling tools

Keeping the routine simple

Set up the clean kit before the patient sits down. Once the visit ends, return the used tools to the same box. Then run it through the washer, pack it, and load the steriliser. Because the kit stays whole, your team can count it at a glance.

When to step up a size

Many procedures need more than five tools. In that case, our ten-place hinged cassette gives you twice the room. Still, for checks and short hygiene visits, the economy instrument cassette keeps things lean.
