Description
Maxi Cassette for 16 Instruments
The maxi instrument cassette gives a bigger procedure set its own home. It holds sixteen hand instruments under a slotted lid. As a result, long restorative or perio sets stay complete from start to finish.
Room for a full procedure
The case measures 280 × 180 × 30 mm. That is wide enough for sixteen tools side by side. Yet at 30 mm high, it still slides onto most steriliser trays and shelves.
Slots for water and steam
The lid carries open slots. These let water and steam reach the tools while the case stays closed. Drying is also quicker, since warm air can escape. So you avoid wet packs at the end of a cycle.
Who reaches for sixteen places
Larger sets need a larger case. Typical users include:
- perio teams with many curettes and scalers
- restorative chairs with a full composite kit
- clinics that pair minor surgery tools with basics
- teaching clinics that issue one case per student
Daily use, step by step
Lay the open case on the tray and work from it. When the visit ends, put each tool back in its place. Then close the lid and move the case to cleaning. Afterward, wrap it for the steriliser. Because nothing leaves the case, you also lose fewer pieces.
Bigger or smaller?
Some offices want room for burs and small items too. For that, see our 16-place cassette with an accessory area. Otherwise, the maxi instrument cassette suits sets of hand instruments alone.
Made right and backed
We specify every detail of this case, and our team inspects it in the United States. It comes non-sterile; wash and sterilise it before use, then reuse it again and again. If a fault from production appears, our cover gives you three years against manufacturing defects. For the steel, we follow ASTM F899 for instrument material. Please note this case is for clinical professionals. Our sterilization page and shipping info cover the rest.
