Large Cassette, 16 Instruments with Accessory Area
Small items tend to get lost in a busy clinic. This cassette with accessory area solves that by giving burs and bits their own zone. Next to it sit sixteen places for hand instruments, all under one latched lid.
Two zones in one case
The case measures 230 × 280 × 32 mm. Most of the floor holds sixteen hand tools in rows. However, one open area stays free for loose items. For example, you can keep a bur block, matrix bands or a small mirror there.
Latch closure for safe transport
A latch holds the lid shut. So the 16-instrument case can go from chair to sterile room without spilling. It also stays closed on the shelf until you open it for set-up.

From set-up to storage
Lay out the case and work from both zones. After treatment, return each tool and small part to its place. Then close the latch and send the full case to cleaning. Once it is dry, pack and sterilise it. In short, the whole kit moves as one, rather than in pieces.
With or without the extra area
If you only reprocess hand instruments, you may prefer more rows. In that case, the 20-place large cassette shares this footprint but drops the open area. On the other hand, mixed kits are where a cassette with accessory area earns its keep.

It reaches your office non-sterile; give it a full clean and a steriliser cycle first, and you can reuse it daily.
