Description
Large Cassette, 20 Instruments
Big procedures call for a big set, and this large 20 instrument cassette keeps it whole. It holds twenty hand tools in neat rows. Because every place goes to an instrument, you get the most capacity in this footprint.
Rows rather than an open bay
The case measures 230 × 280 × 32 mm. Inside, twenty places run in rows across the floor. Unlike our accessory-area model, it has no open bay. Instead, all the room goes to hand tools.
When twenty places make sense
Some kits simply run long. A full perio set with many curettes is one case. A complete composite kit is another. Likewise, a surgery set with elevators and retractors can fill every row.
Reasons to keep a set in one case
- you count the kit at a glance
- fine tips stay apart during the wash
- the set leaves and returns as one unit
- fewer loose tools touch the bench
A routine your team can follow
Open the case on the tray before the patient arrives. During treatment, work straight from the rows. Afterward, return each tool to its slot. Next, close the case and send it to the washer. Finally, wrap and sterilise it, then store it shut.
Choosing between the large cases
Both large models share the same outer size. However, they split the space in different ways. Pick the 20 instrument cassette for hand tools only. If you also carry burs and bands, the 16-place model with an open bay suits you better.
Warranty, steel and next steps
This cassette follows our own spec, and each one is checked in the United States. It ships non-sterile. So clean and sterilise it before you put it into service, and then it stays reusable. We cover the item for three years against manufacturing defects in materials or build. Its steel suits ASTM F899, the material standard for surgical instruments.
