The set holds uppers U15, U16, U17 and U18, plus lowers L15, L16, L17 and L18. Each tray follows the Coe-style pattern, with holes across the body and a flat handle. Since the labels run in order, you can return each size to the right slot.

How the holes hold the material

Perforations let alginate or an elastomer flow through the wall and lock in place as it sets. As a result, the impression stays put when you remove the tray. Many clinicians still add a thin coat of tray adhesive, especially with putty. That small step cuts the risk of a torn impression.
