First, decide between English and American numbering. US-trained teams often favor 210 or 8. In contrast, European habits lean toward 67 or 19. Next, note that 67½ R and 67½ L form a handed pair, so order both for a full set. With the fitting handle you keep the figure but gain an anatomical grip. We sell each option singly.

Seating and Luxation at the Tuberosity

Place the beaks high on the root, past the enamel line. Next, press steadily toward the cheek, because the buccal plate here is often thin. Small rotations follow. Once the tooth gives, deliver it down and out.

Keeping the Joint Smooth

Rinse off debris before it dries, with the joint open. Then a drop of lube on the box joint keeps the action easy.
