Description
Economy Steri-Wash Tray System, Clip Rack
The Steri-Wash clip rack system holds each tool in its own grip through the wash. It comes as a full set: base, lid, silicone insert frame and holder. So you get everything to start using it right away.
What comes in the box
- one perforated base
- a matching lid
- the silicone insert frame
- an instrument holder with clips
All parts fit the same 182 × 144 × 34 mm tray.
The open clip rack
This version shows the rack open, with tools held in clips. Each one sits apart from the next. Therefore, fluid can reach every surface. In addition, sharp tips stay off each other, which helps them last.
Why silicone matters
The silicone frame cushions the tools. It also stops them from rattling in the tray. Since silicone handles heat well, it stays in place through the cycle.
Working with the system
Before treatment, open the tray and work from the rack. After the visit, clip each tool back in. Then fit the lid and send the tray to the washer. Once clean and dry, pouch or wrap it for the steriliser.
Clip rack or lidded view
Both listings show the same system. This one focuses on the open steri wash clip rack. If you want a closer look at the closed tray, see the lidded Steri-Wash system with its locking bar.
Quality you can count on
Our spec defines this system, and a US inspection confirms it. It arrives non-sterile, so clean and sterilise all parts before the first load; then reuse them as needed. Every steel part in this clip-rack system carries three years against manufacturing defects, rack frame included. Steel components follow ASTM F899 for surgical instrument material.
