Economy Steri-Wash Tray System, Lidded

Seen with its lid on, this lidded Steri-Wash tray shows how the system travels. The slotted lid closes over the set. Then a locking system and a central bar hold it all firm.

Locking lid and central bar

The lock keeps the lid from opening by accident. Meanwhile, the central bar adds support across the middle. As a result, the set stays still even when staff carry the tray quickly.

Same full system inside

Under the lid, you get the full kit. That means a base, a silicone insert frame and a holder. All parts fit one tray of 182 × 144 × 34 mm. So the closed view and the clip view are one system, just shown two ways.

Points to check before each load

• the lid closes flat and the lock engages
• the silicone frame sits fully in place
• each tool rests in its spot, tips apart

Flow through a closed tray

Slots in the lid let water reach the tools. Steam also passes through them in the steriliser. Because you never open the tray between steps, the set stays whole. Drying works the same way, since air can escape.

Storage after the cycle

Keep the lidded Steri-Wash tray shut on the shelf. When the next patient arrives, release the lock and lift the lid. The set is then ready on the tray table.
