This hinged dental cassette comes in four capacities, so one design can serve your whole clinic. Each case has slotted walls, a hinge and a latch. As a result, every set gets a case that fits it.

Four capacities to choose from

Pick the size that matches the number of tools in the set:

• 5 pieces: an exam kit or a short check-up set
• 7 pieces: a basic kit with a couple of extras
• 10 pieces: a full hygiene or filling set
• 20 pieces: long perio, restorative or surgical sets

When in doubt, count your current set and add one spare place.

Hinge and latch working together

The lid stays on the case through the hinge, so it never gets lost. Meanwhile, the latch keeps it shut in transit. That also stops tools from falling out on the way to cleaning.

Open slots throughout

Slots let water, detergent and steam flow through the case. Then they help drying at the end of the cycle. So you can run the whole case through the washer and steriliser without unloading it.

Matching cases across rooms

Many clinics buy one size per procedure type. For instance, they use 5-piece cases for checks and 10-piece cases for hygiene. Because the cases share one design, staff learn the routine once.

Sterile processing and our promise

Every size is built to our spec and then checked here in the United States. It comes to you non-sterile. Before the first use, clean and sterilise it; it then serves as a reusable case. Every hinged cassette carries three years against manufacturing defects, hinge included, on any size you choose. On material, the steel conforms to ASTM F899 guidance on surgical material.
