Description
Curettes & Scalers
This page gathers periodontal curettes and scalers from several catalogue pages into one place, so you can build or refill a hygiene kit with one order. Each figure is sold on its own. Also, mixing numbered pairs with the 204 family lets you match your current kit.
The 204 Family: 204, 204S, 204SD and H-204S
Four options share the 204 number. First, Fig. 204 and Fig. 204S are separate catalogue figures, and Fig. 204SD is a third variant. Then Fig. H-204S is a set component listed under its own name. Since the catalogue says no more, compare the photos. In addition, Fig. 204SD comes in a Titanium version, and that is the only titanium piece on this page.
Numbered Pairs and the HU ½ Curette
- Fig. 2/3 and Fig. 3/4 (23/24): two double-ended numbered patterns; the bracket gives the alternate number some offices know it by.
- Fig. ME-1 (10/11): listed with its 10/11 alternate name, for clinicians who order by that number.
- Fig. 411/412 and Fig. 413/414: matched pairs from the same catalogue page, so many trays carry both.
- Fig. HU ½: named a curette in the catalogue, unlike most figures here.
What Style 2 Means on This Listing
Four figures appear twice: 204S, 411/412, 413/414 and HU ½. The Style 2 option is the same figure from a second catalogue row with a different handle pattern. The catalogue does not name that difference, so open the photos side by side and pick the grip your hands prefer.
Ordering Tips for Mixed Kits
When you replace one worn tip, order the identical figure and style so the kit stays consistent. However, a new tray usually starts with the numbered pairs, then adds 204 family figures to taste.
The steel meets ASTM F899, and staff in the United States look over every figure on this page before dispatch. Any of these periodontal curettes and scalers that shows a material or finishing fault is covered for three years against manufacturing defects, while edge wear from honing is expected. They leave us unsterilized, so run them through cleaning and your autoclave first.
