Complete Perforated Instrument Tray with Lid and Insert Frame
A complete perforated instrument tray keeps a full set of hand tools in order from the chair to the shelf. This system joins a perforated base, a lid and an insert frame with rails.
Three parts that work as one
The base measures 284 × 183 × 17 mm and has holes across its floor. On top of it sits the insert frame, whose rails hold each instrument apart. Finally, the lid closes over the set for transport and storage.
16 or 23 instruments
You can order the tray for 16 instruments or for 23. Choose 16 for shorter kits, such as an exam or hygiene setup. Choose 23 when a procedure needs a longer lineup, for example a restorative or surgical kit. If in doubt, count the tools you load today and allow a spare slot or two.
Why the holes matter
The perforated floor lets water, detergent and steam reach the instruments. As a result, the tray suits washer-disinfector cycles and steam sterilization with the set still in place. Also, it drains and dries faster than a closed base.

Spare parts later

Order and care
The system ships non-sterile. Therefore, clean and sterilize it before its first load, then reuse it for many cycles. Our specification guides its build, and inspectors in the United States check it. The stainless conforms to ASTM F899. In addition, every lidded perforated tray system carries three years against manufacturing defects, insert frame included.
