Description
Drill Bits for the Stille Hand Drill
These Stille drill bits pair with our Stille hand drill. Twelve diameters run from fine 1.0 mm bits to a broad 16.0 mm bit.
Twelve diameters
Fine sizes run from 1.0 mm in half-millimeter steps up to 4.0 mm. Larger sizes are 5.0, 8.0, 10.0, 12.0 and 16.0 mm. Therefore one drill covers wires, pilot holes and larger openings.
Matched to the drill
The product name refers to the drill these bits fit. In addition, our catalogue lists them alongside the Stille hand drill. Please contact us if you want to confirm fit with an older drill.
Who uses Stille drill bits
Teams that own the Stille hand drill use them for routine drilling. Also, outreach and backup sets keep a range. Additionally, small sizes suit hand and foot work.
Choosing a size
Match the bit to the screw core or wire you plan to use. Then drill slowly by hand. Also, large bits need extra care to avoid wobble.
Keeping bits sharp
Dull bits cause heat and wander. Consequently, inspect them after each use. Replace bits that look worn.
