The Rosen micro dissector is a slender instrument for ear microsurgery. Otologists use it to separate fine tissue layers beneath the operating microscope.

Samuel Rosen became known for stapes mobilization in the 1950s. Several ear instruments therefore carry his name, including needles, knives and curettes. This dissector belongs to that family.

How surgeons use it
