Description
Periodontal Surgery Set, 20 Pieces
This periodontal surgery set is a well-rounded kit for everyday flap procedures. Its twenty pieces run from the first probe reading to the last suture.
Measure twice, then cut
Two colour probes come with the kit, the CPQ2N with 3-6-9-12 marks and the UNC 15/5B. So you can chart with the scale you prefer. Next, the round #5 and adjustable handles take blades, and the 15/16 knife adds a fine edge.
Reflect, debride and smooth
The titanium Allen 9 elevator lifts the flap. Then the Columbia 13/14 and three longer-shank Graceys clean roots in deep pockets. After that, the 3/4S file breaks up tough deposits, and the Kramer-Nevins C36/37 helps with surgical debridement.
Two mirrors for better sight
A #5 front-surface mirror gives a sharp, single image. By contrast, the double-surface mirror reflects from both faces, so it doubles as a retractor.
Closing the site
The Adson 1×2 forceps hold the flap edge with small teeth. Meanwhile, the Mayo-Hegar 15 cm needle holder drives the suture. Finally, curved carbide Goldman-Fox scissors trim suture and tags.
- Two colour probes
- Longer-shank Graceys
- Two mirror types
- Closure pieces with carbide scissors
Matching the kit to your cases
Pick this kit for standard flap surgery. However, if bone grafting is routine, a larger kit with packers may serve you better. In any case, one matched order beats sourcing twenty singles.
Like our other kits, this perio surgery tray follows our specification, and we inspect all twenty pieces in the United States. We hold the steel to ASTM F899. It comes non-sterile, so run it through cleaning and sterilisation first; then it is reusable. In short, twenty perio surgery instruments, Kramer-Nevins through Mayo-Hegar, hold three years against manufacturing defects at the working end. For graft-focused work, see the 19-piece plastic surgery kit. You can also explore our clinical sets for dental teams or read the ordering FAQ.
Meant for professional use. Steps for care and sterilization and how we ship sit on two short pages.
