About the single 8cm Park size

This listing has one 8cm size, so there is no choice to make at checkout. It fits most adult lids. However, a small child or a very tight fissure may call for a smaller frame. In that case, a pediatric pattern from the same range may suit better.

Seating the Park blades on the lids

• Squeeze the blades closed with light pressure before you insert them.
• Slide the upper blade under the lid first, then seat the lower one.
• Open the frame slowly and watch for any push on the globe.
• Check the opening again once the drape is in place.

Rinse and brush the Park frame

After each case, rinse off blood and tears before they dry. Then scrub the blades and frame with a soft brush, with extra care around the joint. The speculum ships non-sterile, so put it through your usual cycle before first use. With that routine it stays in service for years.
