A busy chair needs every common tool within reach. This orthodontic practice set brings twelve of them together, so a single tray covers bonding, adjustments and removal.
Three cutters, three wire types
The ligature cutter has tungsten carbide inserts and is rated for 0.3 mm. It snips steel ties close to the bracket. The distal end cutter also uses carbide, and it trims archwire tails behind molars. Meanwhile, the straight soft wire cutter handles lighter, softer wire so the carbide edges last longer.
Pliers for bending and seating
The thin Weingart plier guides wire into slots. Next, the 12.5 cm bird beak plier forms loops, and the 12 cm Aderer plier adds fine bends. The 14 cm Mathieu plier locks onto ligatures and elastics, so you can tie in quickly.

Should you go smaller?
If your clinic only needs one job covered, the six-piece archwire or debanding tray may be enough. However, a new practice or a second chair often gains more from this full kit, since it already holds both roles.
Care and ordering details
We produce it made to our specification; the pieces are then inspected in the United States. The stainless parts follow ASTM F899. Shipment is non-sterile, so run a wash and autoclave cycle before the first patient, then reuse after each cycle.
