Description
Oral Surgery Kit Cassette
An oral surgery cassette needs more length than a hygiene case. This one gives your extraction kit the room it needs. It holds forceps, elevators and other surgical hand tools in one steel case.
Sized for long handles
The outside measures 14.5 × 8 × 1.25 inches, or 368 × 203 × 32 mm. That extra length suits forceps and long elevators. So bulky tools lie flat instead of crowding each other.
Instruments sold separately
You buy the empty case. That way, you build the kit your surgeons prefer. For example, you might set up a basic extraction kit or a third molar kit. Then you can keep the same layout in every case.
Ideas for a surgical layout
- upper and lower extraction forceps
- straight and angled elevators
- a periosteal elevator and a curette
- retractors, needle holder and scissors
Reprocessing heavy tools
Surgical sets carry blood and debris, so clean them soon after use. First, return each tool to the case. Next, run the whole case through the washer. After drying, wrap it and load the steriliser. In addition, check hinged forceps for wear before you repack.
Why one case per kit
A kit in one case is easy to count before and after surgery. It also keeps sharp tips from rubbing in transit. Therefore, the oral surgery cassette helps protect both staff and steel. If you need a smaller box for basics, see the hinged dental cassette in four sizes.
Behind every case we sell
Our team sets the specification, and inspection takes place in the United States. The case comes non-sterile. Wash and sterilise it before the first surgery; it is reusable from then on. Every oral surgery kit cassette carries three years against manufacturing defects, lid and base both. We source steel that meets ASTM F899 for surgical instrument material.
