Description
Mayo Tray
A stainless mayo stand tray gives you a broad, flat surface for a surgical setup. This one has a lustrous finish and a low 5/8 in rim. It comes in three sizes, and the largest sits on a standard Mayo stand over the patient.
Three sizes, one low rim
- 13-1/2 × 9-3/4 × 5/8 in: a compact tray for small setups or the bench.
- 15-1/8 × 10-1/2 × 5/8 in: more room for oral surgery or implant kits.
- 19 × 12 × 5/8 in: the size made to fit a Mayo stand.
- Pick the largest size if you work from a Mayo stand; pick a smaller one for counters and carts.
Heavy-duty and flat
This stainless mayo stand tray uses heavy steel, so it stays flat under a full load. Also, the rim stops items from sliding off the edge. Yet it stays low enough that you can reach in from any side.
A surface for draped setups
Many teams lay a sterile drape over the tray, then set out the kit. Because the surface is flat, the drape lies smooth. In turn, instruments stay where you put them.
After the procedure
Clear the tray, then wipe or brush off any debris. Next, wash it and sterilize it with your usual cycle. It arrives non-sterile and serves for many uses after correct cleaning.
Built and checked
We have it made to our specification. Our staff then inspect each tray in the United States for flatness and finish.
Whatever the size, Intrace honors three years against manufacturing defects on this Mayo surface. The stainless steel follows ASTM F899. For a covered option, the covered tray with recessed handle stacks well. You will find more in our surgical trays and hollow ware range, and our FAQs explain ordering.
