The Lambert-Kay clamp holds vessels steady during an anastomosis while keeping the wall intact. You can choose between 20 and 21 cm lengths.

Two longer lengths

Both sizes sit toward the long end of the anastomosis range. So they reach comfortably into a deep chest or abdomen. Meanwhile, the 21 cm version adds a little more room for the hand.

This pattern keeps a vessel still and bloodless while the surgeon sews. As a result, each stitch lands exactly where the surgeon plans it. Also, its atraumatic jaws stop flow without bruising the wall.
