This nesting stainless instrument tray gives you a plain, flat home for hand instruments, gauze and small items at the chair or on the bench. First you pick the size. Then you decide if you want a flat lid on top. Because the sizes fit inside each other, a full set also stores in very little space.

Three sizes that fit inside each other

Each nesting stainless instrument tray sits inside the next size up. So the whole set needs only the shelf space of the largest. In practice, many offices keep the small one for a quick exam and the large one for a full procedure.

Picking a size and a lid

• 6×8 in: a short exam setup or a few burs and files.
• 8×10 in: a middle size for most hygiene and restorative work.
• 10×12 in: room for a full kit or several wrapped packs.
• Every size comes With Lid or Without Lid. Take the lid when items must stay covered; take the open tray for fast reach.

A flat cover against dust and splash

The lid rests flat on the rim. As a result, it shields a laid-out setup from spray and dust while you wait for the patient. However, it does not lock or seal, so treat it as a cover rather than a sterile barrier.

Simple corners, quick to clean

Smooth walls leave few places for debris to hide. So after each use you can scrub, rinse and run the tray through your usual washer or ultrasonic cycle. It arrives non-sterile and is fine to reuse once you clean and sterilize it.

Each tray follows our own specification, and the final look-over happens in the United States. That way the rims stay flat and the lids sit true.

Every nesting instrument tray carries three years against manufacturing defects, lid or no lid. The stainless body follows the surgical steel guidance in ASTM F899.
