Description
Instrument Tray, Round Corners
A round corner instrument tray holds small tools and supplies in an open, easy-to-reach space. This one measures 8-7/8 × 5 × 2 in and has no cover. The curved corners are the main feature: they help with both picking up items and cleaning.
Why rounded corners help
Square corners trap debris and small parts. A round corner instrument tray, however, let a brush sweep right through. They also let you slide a bur or cotton pellet out of the corner with ease.
Size and depth
At 8-7/8 × 5 × 2 in, the tray is narrow and fairly deep for its size. So it can hold loose items that might roll off a flat tray. Meanwhile, it still fits on a crowded bracket table.
Everyday uses
- Holding burs, pellets or small parts during a procedure.
- Soaking items in a holding solution before cleaning.
- Collecting used instruments at the chair for transport.
- Storing small supplies in a drawer.
No cover, by design
This is an open tray only. If you need a lid, choose a covered model from the same range. In practice, the open top makes it quick to load and to reach into.
Reprocessing
Rinse off any debris first. Then wash the tray by hand or in your washer, and finish with a sterilizer cycle. It leaves us non-sterile and goes on being reusable once you clean and sterilize it.
Sourcing

Every round-corner tray carries three years against manufacturing defects, curved corners and flat floor included. The stainless steel matches the scope of ASTM F899.
