The rim lock explained

Choosing between U2, U3 and U4

Start with the middle size and try it in. If the flange presses on the tissue, move up one number. If it sits loose with too much space, move down. Also look at how far back it reaches before you commit.

Cleaning between patients

The set ships non-sterile. Therefore, clean and sterilize each tray before its first use. After a case, peel off the set material and scrub the adhesive away. Then put the six plain impression trays through your normal wash and autoclave cycle and reuse them.
