Description

Falcon-Ject Intraligamental Syringe, Angled

The angled Falcon-Ject syringe is a pen-style lever syringe with an angled head. That angle is what sets it apart. It helps you reach the distal and lingual sides of back teeth without twisting your wrist.

Reach where a straight body struggles

Molars sit far back, and the cheek and tongue crowd the path. A straight body often forces you to tilt the whole hand. By contrast, the angled head points the needle toward the root while your grip stays in a more natural line.

The lever and the 0.06 ml click

According to the catalogue, this model sits in the 0.06 ml per click section. So every press of the lever adds a small, fixed amount. In turn, you can feel your way to the dose a single root needs.

Setting up for a posterior PDL injection

  • Load a standard 1.8 ml cartridge into the pen body.
  • Turn the angled head so the bevel faces the root surface.
  • Press the lever slowly, one click at a time.
  • Give the tissue a few seconds between presses.

Pen style keeps things quiet

Like its straight twin, it has a pen form rather than a pistol grip. As a result, it looks less like a tool and more like something you write with. That can matter a lot for patients who dread needles.

Angled or straight?

Choose the angled Falcon-Ject syringe for posterior work and tight access. However, if most of your PDL injections are on front teeth or premolars, the straight model may feel more direct.

Warranty and next steps

We send the syringe non-sterile. Once cleaned and autoclaved, the angled Falcon-Ject is ready for the next appointment. Its steel parts follow ASTM F899 for stainless steel surgical tools. Every angled Falcon-Ject carries three years against manufacturing defects, and we replace any faulty lever or head at no charge. See the straight Falcon-Ject, look through our anaesthesia syringe category, or visit the help and FAQ page.
