If you need a carrier for anything from a few hand tools to a large set, this DIN basket with handles offers a wide range. Sizes run from a half-size 240 mm basket up to 600 mm long. Each one has handles and perforated sides held in a straight, spot-welded wire frame.

Handles for heavy loads

A full basket of steel gets heavy fast. The handles give a firm grip, so staff can lift and move it with less strain. They also keep hands clear of sharp tips inside.

Small and mid sizes

These suit dental kits and small sets.

• 240 × 130 mm, 50 or 60 mm high.
• 240 × 250 mm, 50 or 60 mm high.
• 300 × 300 × 50 mm and 350 × 350 × 60 mm square formats.
• 480 × 250 mm, 50, 60 or 70 mm high.

Large formats

For bigger trays, choose 470 × 400 × 60 mm, or 480 × 480 mm at 50 or 60 mm high. Long, low options include 500 × 300 × 50, 550 × 350 × 50 and 600 × 300 × 50 mm. However, large sizes may not fit every washer, so measure the chamber first.

Built square for stacking

The straight welded wire keeps the walls true and the base flat. As a result, baskets of the same footprint stack neatly on carts and shelves. The perforated sides still let water and steam pass.

Sterile processing steps

Rinse, load in one layer, then wash. After drying, wrap the basket for steam. It ships non-sterile, so treat the first cycle like any other. Then you can reuse it again and again.
