Some teams want a closed base under their kits. This complete solid instrument tray pairs a solid base with a lid and a railed insert frame.
Base, lid and frame
The base has a footprint of 284 × 183 × 17 mm with no holes in the floor. Meanwhile, the insert frame lifts the tools onto rails and keeps them apart. The lid then closes over everything.
Picking 16 or 23 slots
Two layouts are on offer: 16 instruments or 23. In short, 16 suits compact kits such as exams and simple fillings. By contrast, 23 suits longer kits for extractions or crown work. So count your current setup before you order.
Solid floor, different strengths
A solid base holds small items that might slip through holes. It also gives a flat, wipeable surface on the tray table. However, a closed floor drains less freely, so dry the tray well after washing. Many offices use solid trays for chairside setup and storage, then choose perforated bases for heavy wash loads.

The tray ships non-sterile. Clean and sterilize it first; after that, you can reuse it for years.
