Description
Chin, Ramus and Allogeneic Graft Set, 22 Pieces
This chin ramus graft set gathers 22 pieces for block graft work at the chin or ramus, and for placing allogeneic bone. It covers the flap, the block cut, mixing, retraction and closure.
Mapping the ridge first
Before any cut, you need numbers. So the kit gives a UNC 15 probe and a ridge mapping double caliper. The caliper gauges ridge width, which helps you plan the size of block you want.
Four curved osteotomes for the block
The heart of this kit is four curved osteotomes, two at 4 mm and two at 7.5 mm. Each is marked from 7 to 18 mm, so you can read depth as you go. Surgeons use them to help separate a block once the outline is cut.
Access in a deep field
Chin and ramus sites can be hard to see. For that reason, the kit holds three retractors: University, Orringer and a large pattern. In addition, a 4 mm Frazier aspirator clears the field.
Flap, graft bed and closure
- Molt 9 titanium elevator: lifts the flap.
- Molt 2/4 curette: cleans the graft bed.
- Two scalpel handles, #5 straight and 16 cm angled, for each angle of approach.
- Crile-Wood carbide and Castroviejo needle holders for closure.
Then Goldman-Fox and curved iris scissors trim tissue, while the Adson forceps hold it. Meanwhile, the bowl, the 1.8 ml aspirating syringe and the irrigation tray handle graft and fluids.
Block graft kit or general implant kit
Pick this chin ramus graft set when you take your own block or place allograft. By contrast, our implant kits suit routine placement. Buying the 22 together avoids gaps on the tray.
Ownership and care
Your graft kit arrives non-sterile; the chin and ramus tools return to service after each full cleaning and sterilization cycle. Intrace has it made to our specification, then inspects it in the United States. On materials, every blade and jaw meets ASTM F899. Should a flaw in making appear, chin, ramus and allogeneic graft instruments keep three years against manufacturing defects, osteotomes and retractors included.
