Description
Basic Sinus Lift Set, 8 Pieces
Our basic sinus lift set is a short, focused kit of eight pieces. Think of it as the lift and fill part of the case, ready to add to the surgical tray you already use.
Three curettes for the key moves
The kit picks curettes #1, #5 and #6 from the full range. Together they give an early tip, a mid tip and a deeper one. Of course, a full run covers more walls. Still, many teams find three shapes enough for routine lifts.
Straight and curved Freer at the window
A sinus Freer is thin and flat. So it can slip under the edge of the lining and start the release. Use the straight one where the view is direct, and the curved one to reach around the rim.
Placing and pressing the graft
- A 4.5 mm graft syringe carries particles to the site.
- Next, the small serrated packer moves graft into place.
- Finally, the 4 mm bone tamper presses it down gently.
What you still need on the tray
This is not a full surgical kit. For example, you still need a flap elevator, retractors, suction, a needle holder and scissors. If you want those in one box, look at the larger sinus kits.
Choosing among the sinus kits
Pick this version if you want a light add-on. By contrast, the curette-only kit gives all eight curette shapes, while the 21 and 23-piece kits add surgical pieces. Buying these eight together also means one order and a matched feel.
Care and our promise
Every item ships non-sterile and is reusable once you clean and sterilize it. Made to our specification, each tool then goes through a hand check in the United States. Our sinus Freers and curettes use steel that meets ASTM F899. On top of that, sinus curettes, Freers, tamper and graft syringe hold three years against manufacturing defects, all eight together.
