Description
Universal Tray (l x b x h)
The universal tray is almost flat, with only a 10 mm lip. It works as a clean surface for laying out instruments, syringes and dressings.
A low rim on purpose
Ten millimetres is enough to stop items rolling off. Yet everything on the tray stays easy to pick up with gloved fingers. So it suits fast-paced procedures.
Footprints of the universal tray
There are seventeen footprints, beginning at 180 x 130 mm and topping out at 500 x 200 mm. Besides, small trays fit a dressing trolley. By comparison, the large ones cover a full back table.
Everyday uses
Nurses carry medication and syringes on it. In theatre, scrub staff lay out the first instruments of a case. Clinics also use it for minor procedure kits.
Why steel
Steel survives washing, disinfection and autoclaving without warping. It also wipes clean between patients. Thus, one tray serves for many years.
Combining depths
Keep universal trays for laying out and deeper trays for storage. Moreover, both come in matching footprints. Consequently, they stack together on one shelf.
