The instrument storing tray keeps a complete set together on the shelf and in the steriliser. Its 50 mm walls hold bulkier items that a shallow tray would spill.

Deeper walls, more room

Fifty millimetres of depth fits retractors, clamps and bowls in one load. Lighter items stay put during transport. Moreover, the tray still nests with others of the same footprint.

Seventeen footprints run from 180 x 130 mm up to 500 x 200 mm. In addition, a small one holds a dressing kit. At the other end, the 460 x 360 mm and 490 x 300 mm trays carry a full laparotomy set.

Where it fits in the workflow

Sterile services pack sets into it after cleaning. The tray then goes into a wrap or container for the steriliser. Later, the same tray opens on the trolley in theatre.

Planning a set

Lay the instruments out and check the longest one first. Then allow a finger’s width at each end. That gap stops tips from pressing on the wall during handling.

Matching trays

We also offer shallow 30 mm trays and flat 10 mm universal trays in the same footprints. So a department can mix depths while keeping one shelf layout.

Tray upkeep

Scrub corners where debris collects. Rinse well and leave the tray to air dry on its edge. Then stack it only once fully dry.
