Description
Tray (l x b x h)
The shallow instrument tray lays out tools in clear view on the trolley. Its 30 mm wall keeps items in place without hiding them.
Seventeen sizes
Sizes run from 180 x 130 mm to 500 x 200 mm. All share the same 30 mm depth. So you can match tray size to set size.
Why a shallow instrument tray
Low walls make it easy to pick items up. Consequently, instruments stay visible. Meanwhile, the rim stops them sliding off.
Where it is used
Theatres, clinics and wards use them. Dental and lab settings also do. Furthermore, many sites stock several sizes.
Choosing a shallow instrument tray
Lay out the set and measure the space it needs. Then choose the next size up. Additionally, that leaves room to separate sharp items.

Buying the right tray
Ahead of dispatch, a colleague in Atlanta goes over the tray unhurriedly. The tray brings written cover running three years against manufacturing defects counted from delivery. A second tray in stores keeps lists moving. We also help with sizing for new trays. Many buyers also look at the deeper storing trays. To read about instrument alloys, review ASTM F899.
