Lexer-Fine scissors are a finer version of the Lexer pattern. They measure 16 cm.

Finer blades

The blades are narrower than the standard Lexer. So they suit thin tissue.

Straight or curved

Straight blades suit a direct cut. Curved blades, however, sweep along the layer you are dissecting.

A 16 cm length

The length reaches most plastic and reconstructive fields. Also, it stays easy to control.

Fine or standard

Choose the fine pattern for delicate layers near vessels and nerves. However, use the standard Lexer for firmer tissue, since fine blades can twist. Then keep both on a plastic set. In addition, the finer tips reach into narrow pockets. So the pair suits reconstructive steps near important structures.

Cleaning Lexer-Fine scissors

Clean the fine blades gently. Next, rinse and dry fully. Then store the scissors closed.
