Description
Kramer-Nevins Sinus Lift Instruments
The Kramer-Nevins sinus lift pattern pairs an acute and an obtuse angle, so the surgeon can follow the membrane around the sinus floor and up the walls. This page gathers six versions of the design. Some are standalone instruments, while others are the exact pieces found inside catalogue kits and sets. All of them are stainless steel.
Acute or Obtuse Angle
The angle decides where the instrument reaches best. Typically, the acute pattern works under the membrane along the floor and into tighter recesses. The obtuse pattern, in contrast, suits the broader walls nearer the window. Most surgeons keep both, because a single lift often needs each angle in turn.
Standalone Versus Kit Pattern
The Acute and Obtuse options are the standalone Kramer-Nevins instruments from the catalogue’s sinus lift section. Meanwhile, the Acute, Kit Pattern and Obtuse, Kit Pattern versions are the sinus lift pieces shown on the catalogue kit page, beside the Kramer-Nevins periosteal and bone chisels. So if you already own that kit, the kit patterns replace a lost or worn piece with a matching instrument.
The Two Set Items
C36/37, Set Item and TG, Set Item are instruments that the catalogue supplies inside larger surgical sets. The catalogue does not give separate dimensions for them. Therefore, please compare the photos to confirm the tip shape before ordering a replacement.

Quality You Can Return To
Our team in the U.S. examines each Kramer-Nevins piece before it is packed. It ships non-sterile, so complete cleaning and sterilization first. Any version on this page receives three years against manufacturing defects, including the set and kit patterns.
The steel conforms to ASTM F899. To raise the access flap, add the matching Kramer-Nevins Periosteal Elevator. Browse more in Dental Implant Instruments, or read the FAQs.
These sinus instruments are for trained professionals performing membrane elevation. Reprocessing steps sit in care and sterilization, and transit times in shipping and delivery.
