Gregory-Soft Atrauma Bulldog Carotid Clamp

The Gregory carotid bulldog clamp holds carotid vessels with soft, atraumatic jaws. It comes in 9 cm and 11 cm, plus left and right 11 cm versions.

Soft-jaw design

Soft jaws aim to grip the vessel with very little pressure on its wall. So they suit fragile or diseased carotid segments. Also, the soft surface helps the clamp hold without marking tissue.

Left and right versions

The 11 cm size also comes in left and right versions. Pick the one that suits your approach and hand position. Otherwise, the standard 11 cm version covers general use on either side of the neck.

9 cm or 11 cm

The 9 cm clamp stays compact for smaller vessels. Meanwhile, the 11 cm size gives more reach. Then carotid sets can hold both for flexibility across different patients and vessel sizes.
