Description
Endo Dissectors Temporal
The temporal endoscopic dissector opens the plane over the deep temporal fascia. Its 10 mm tip covers ground quickly without tearing.
A broad tip for a broad plane
The temple offers room to work. So a 10 mm tip makes sense here. In addition, the wide blade spreads force and lowers the risk of a tear.
Handle choice for the temporal endoscopic dissector
Two handles are available: ergonomic and standard. Furthermore, they differ only in grip shape. Therefore, users can match the tool to their hand.
Role in a lift
Surgeons use it early in brow and midface lifts. Besides, it connects the temporal pocket to the forehead pocket. Later, finer dissectors take over near the orbit.
A first step in many lifts
Most brow lifts begin in the temple because the plane is easy to find there. Once the pocket opens, the surgeon joins it to the central forehead. Later, narrower tools finish the work near the eye.
