Description
Dardik Multi-Purpose Clamp
The Dardik clamp is a multi-purpose atraumatic vascular clamp with five jaw angles to choose from. Lengths run from 13 to 17 cm, depending on the angle.
Straight, 15 and 30 degrees
The straight, 15 and 30 degree versions come in 15 cm and 17 cm. So they suit vessels you approach almost head-on. Also, the gentle angles keep the jaws visible past the vessel.
45 degree options
The 45 degree version has the widest range of lengths: 14.5, 15, 16 and 17 cm. Therefore, it adapts well to varied depths. Many surgeons treat it as their general angled choice for everyday vascular work.
90 degree options
At 90 degrees, the jaws sit across the shaft for side-on access. This version comes in 13, 13.5, 15 and 17 cm. Plus, the shorter sizes help when space around the vessel feels tight.
Why multi-purpose
One pattern with many angles can cover a wide spread of vascular tasks. As a result, a few Dardik clamps may replace several single-purpose instruments. However, check that each angle you pick matches your common approaches.
Looking after Dardik clamp
Clean each angle version separately so tips do not tangle in the basket. After drying, sort them by angle and length for quick selection. Then inspect the atraumatic jaws for burrs before the set returns to use.
