Birkett forceps are a hysterectomy and vaginal clamp at 19 cm. They come straight or curved, and suit both abdominal and vaginal hysterectomy.

Straight or curved

The straight version lines up with the shaft for direct access. Meanwhile, the curved version angles around tissue and keeps the tip in sight. Therefore many trays hold one of each.
