Adson Retractor

The Adson cerebellar retractor is a self-retaining retractor with a ratchet lock. It holds tissue apart on its own in neurosurgery, spine and deep soft-tissue work.

Adson cerebellar retractor: 3×4 teeth, 13 to 26 cm

The 3×4 tooth pattern suits smaller and medium openings. It comes in 13, 15, 20, 25 and 26 cm lengths. So you can match the reach to the depth of the incision.

6×6 teeth at 27 cm

For wider exposure, the 27 cm model carries a 6×6 tooth pattern. Also, it comes in standard, left-hand and right-hand versions. That way, you can pick the version that suits your setup.

Ratchet lock

Once opened, the ratchet lock keeps the arms at the chosen spread. Meanwhile, your hands and your assistant stay free for the procedure. Then you release the lock to close the retractor at the end.
