Description

These Stille-Sherman drill bits go with our Stille-Sherman hand drill. Three diameters suit pilot holes for common bone screws.

Three sizes

Choose 2.5, 3.0 or 3.5 mm. Also, the 2.5 mm bit suits small fragment screws. Meanwhile, the larger bits suit bigger screws and wires.

Matched to the drill

Our catalogue lists these bits with the Stille-Sherman drill. Therefore they should fit its chuck. Contact us if your drill is an older model.

Who uses Stille-Sherman drill bits

Owners of the Stille-Sherman drill use them for routine screw holes. Also, backup sets keep spares. They suit outreach work too.

Drilling technique

Drill slowly and steadily by hand. Then lighten pressure when the tip approaches the second cortex. Clear chips often.

Spare bits

Bits dull and break over time. Consequently, keep a spare of each size. Furthermore, that keeps the drill ready.

Fit with the drill

These bits share their catalogue reference with the Stille-Sherman drill. Therefore they should fit its chuck directly. Additionally, we can confirm fit for older models.
