The Rochard V-shape attachment is a component for the Rochard retractor system. It does not work as a stand-alone retractor.

The Rochard system mounts to the OR table and lifts the costal margin in upper abdominal surgery. So this part adds a V-shaped option to that setup. Also, it lets you extend a set you already own.

Cleaning Rochard V-shape attachment

After surgery, rinse the attachment before blood dries in the angle of the V. Next, brush that inner corner with care, since debris collects there. Finally, dry it and store it beside the rest of the Rochard parts.
