The Moldestad retractor comes in several lengths and figures. Sizes run from 11 cm up to 18.5 cm.

Short sizes

The 11 and 13 cm versions suit shallow, close work. So they fit small incisions and fine structures. They also stay light in the fingers.

17 cm figures

At 17 cm, you can choose Fig. 1 or Fig. 2. Therefore the team can pick the version that suits their technique. Both add reach over the shorter sizes.

18.5 cm hook options

At 18.5 cm, the two figures differ by hook diameter. Fig. 1 has a 1.0 mm hook, while Fig. 2 has a 1.2 mm hook. Then you can match the hook to the tissue.

Cleaning Moldestad retractor
