The Lees bronchus clamp occludes a bronchus during lung surgery without crushing the airway wall. You can order it in 23 or 25 cm.

A thoracic tool

Surgeons apply it across a bronchus before they divide or repair it. So air leaks and spillage from the airway stay under control. Its long body also reaches well down into the chest.

Two lengths

The 23 cm size suits most adult thoracic cases. Meanwhile, the 25 cm version adds extra reach for larger patients or deeper hila. Both lengths share the same atraumatic purpose.

Why the grip stays gentle

The jaws hold firmly but gently on the cartilage and mucosa. As a result, the bronchial wall stays in good condition for closure. That helps when the surgeon later sutures or staples the stump.
