Description
Implant Placement Set, 15 Pieces
Not every office wants a huge tray. This implant placement set keeps to fifteen pieces that a routine single-site case tends to need. As a result, the tray stays light, tidy and quick to reset.
Exam and planning tools
The EXP 23 explorer checks surfaces and margins. Meanwhile, the #6 mirror handle and #5 double-surface mirror give you a view of both sides. The DA #1 caliper lets you check widths before you commit to a size.
Flap and socket
The 3G scalpel handle takes your blade. Then the Molt 9 elevator, in titanium, raises the flap with a light tool in the hand. After that, the Lucas 87 and Molt 2/4 curettes clear soft tissue from the site. A lip retractor keeps the field open.
Graft and closure
If the plan calls for graft, mix it in the bone bowl. Next, the curved 12 cm Adson forceps and the London College cotton forceps help with tissue and small items. The 15 cm Crile-Wood needle holder has carbide inserts for a firm hold on the needle. Straight 12.5 cm Goldman-Fox scissors then trim and cut. Finally, the 1.8 ml aspirating syringe covers anesthesia.
Lean kit or the 23-piece tray?
- Pick this one for a compact, everyday layout.
- Go to the 23-piece kit if you want a probe, ruler and aspirator too.
- Add a graft packer group if you graft often.
One order for the whole tray
Fifteen single buys take time to track. Here, every piece arrives together and fits one setup. So staff learn one layout and can check it at a glance.
Every item follows our own specification and gets its check in the United States. Steel parts meet ASTM F899. It leaves us non-sterile, and you can reuse it once you have cleaned and sterilized it. Each of the fifteen implant placement items has three years against manufacturing defects in its own right.
