Description
Endo Dissectors Frontotemporal
The frontotemporal dissector links the forehead and temple pockets in endoscopic brow lifts. It comes with three tip widths for different stages.
Three tip widths
We offer 5, 7 and 10 mm tips. Besides, the 5 mm starts the plane. Then the wider tips open it further with fewer passes.
Handles on the frontotemporal dissector
Every tip comes with an ergonomic or a standard handle. Furthermore, that makes six combinations in all. Therefore, a full set covers each step of the lift.
Clinical use
Surgeons release the temporal line with it. Moreover, this frees the forehead to move upward. In addition, it helps protect the frontal nerve branch by keeping to the correct plane.
Working in sequence
Start with the 5 mm tip to open the plane at the temporal line. Next, step up to 7 mm, then 10 mm, as the pocket grows. Because each tip follows the last, the plane stays clean and even.
