Description
Endo Dissectors Frontoglabellar
The frontoglabellar dissector reaches the area between the brows during endoscopic lifts. Its S-shaped shaft clears the forehead curve on the way in.
Shaped for the glabella
The tip measures 7 mm across. Moreover, its double bend follows the frontal bone. As a result, the surgeon can work low on the brow from a port high in the hairline.
Handle options for the frontoglabellar dissector
Choose an ergonomic handle or a standard handle. In addition, both share the same shaft and tip. Therefore, the choice comes down to grip preference.
Typical role
It releases corrugator and procerus attachments in brow lifts. It also frees the periosteum along the orbital rim. Also, many surgeons pair it with a temporal dissector.
Approaching the brow from above
The surgeon enters behind the hairline and slides the tip down the frontal bone. Near the brow, the bend lets the tip turn toward the midline. Short, gentle strokes then free the muscle attachments one at a time.

Our pledge for each dissector
Our Atlanta inspector looks over every dissector under good light before it leaves. Should the dissector develop an assembly issue, we honor three years against manufacturing defects. Further patterns live in the general surgery listings. A spare dissector on the shelf saves a cancelled case. Searching for a second opinion on sizing? Message us and we will reply.
