Description
The Converse fiber optic retractor holds the alar and columellar flaps during rhinoplasty with the light delivered along the blade, which matters in a pocket that a headlamp can only reach at an angle. The fiber bundle is sealed into the shank so the instrument reprocesses as one piece.
Four blade sizes are offered. The 10 x 20 mm blade suits tight columellar exposure, and the 12 x 50 mm blade carries open dorsal work, so one instrument family covers the stages of a single case.
